This 2004 Moto Guzzi Coppa Italia is a limited edition version of the V11, with an estimated 150 unit produced worldwide, of which 40-50 were reportedly imported to the US. It is equipped with a titanium exhaust system, a luggage rack, adjustable Öhlins suspension, Brembo brakes, a two-up seat, and a carbon-fiber front fender.
The Coppa Italia was produced to mark Moto Guzzi’s participation in the 2003 Italian Naked Bike Championship, and all examples were finished in a tri-color metallic scheme over a color-matched frame. Equipment includes a fairing with a clear windscreen as well as a removable passenger seat cowl, a luggage rack, a carbon-fiber front fender, and rear-set foot controls.
Three-spoke 17″ Brembo wheels wear Pirelli tires. Adjustable Öhlins suspension consists of an inverted fork in addition to a monoshock with a remote reservoir. The bike is also equipped with an Öhlins steering damper. Braking is from Dual Brembo discs up front and a single version out back. The brake fluid was changed in June 2020, the fork seals were replaced and the fluid changed in 2021, and the monoshock was rebuilt in 2023.
The gold-finished handlebar features mirrors and bar-end weights. Instrumentation consists of a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and a five-digit mechanical odometer showing 11k miles
